Return Policy

Return with shipping: Send the product to the provided address. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. Include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Send the Track & Trace code to info@coccoboutique.comso we can track your return. Failure to do so may invalidate the return. Inspection and processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and the reason for return. We will process the refund or exchange in accordance with this procedure.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and are not reimbursed by Cocco Boutique. As we ship directly from our supplier, our return address is also located in China.
